Sensible

Off we went in the box to thoresby. I like thoresby. The sun was shining and there was grass for nomming. Perfect.

We started off with Rafi amd Tess and two new dudes but Tess and the dudes were far too fast. Phew! I was puffing after the first two miles. TW and me decided that a steadier ride would be sensible and Rafi said he would join us. So the others raced off and we tootled along. Walking, trotting, walking, trotting, few little canters. It was gorgeous. We saw lots of friendly horses and people.

Today we did 10 miles in just under two hours. TW was very happy. I did some more nomming and watched a daft pony refusing to get on his trailer. For ages! I was astonished. I drank some water though while I was waiting. TW was very pleased.

Back at the yard I had my grub and went back to the field. Lovely role, lovely drink, more nomming. Good day.
