The mornings are definitely getting lighter which is good news. The weather has not been good but I reckon the grass is growing. TW arrived early doors today and was shocked that we were not waiting for her!! She started doing the hay and noticed that the girls were creeping closer . No me though. TW shouted and shouted. And started to panic. And shouted some more. Eventually I crept from behind the shelter and mooched up for hay and a kiss.
TW relaxed and did some more nets. Then realised there was no Misty. She shouted and shouted and looked and shouted and panicked. Started walking down the field and could see the little one behind the shelter where I had been. Not moving. TW walked faster and shouted louder. Eventually Misty woke up and started walking up and TW breathed a big sigh of relief. Then we all nommed hay. TW noticed that my stomach and Mikka's were gurgling and gurgling away. Jez decided that she wasn't even that fussed about hay and started to doze. TW was very confused.
The weather forecast was meant to be bad today and TW worried about how we would cope. As the hours crept by the sun was still shining. She managed to finish work early and appeared back at the yard just before 6pm. It was still light!! She was so excited - wierdo. We were all grazing again though!
Dilly spied her first and was up on the hay nets before you could say greedy mare. The cheeky monkey was scoffing and looking over her shoulder checking we hadn't spied her!! TW shouted and eventually we came up and Dildred had to move! Ha!! We nommed some more hay and Jez and Dill shared some yeast cos I didn't want any. Bracky got his net away from the rest of us.
I've figured out that if I stand in a certain spot that TW can't see if she's locked up the hay stable. TW worried when she was in the shower before bed that she hadn't locked it up this evening. Oops!!
